Your user quota for FormAssembly users can be increased or decreased at any time. However, depending on your account setup, there are two different ways this can be done.

Note: There is a fee associated with increasing your user quota. Please contact your account executive or Sales for additional details.

Annual Invoice Accounts

Enterprise customers on annual invoices need to contact support to update billing information or change the user quota.

Credit Card Accounts

You may update billing details and user quotas in the Admin Dashboard | Billing Information

You will get directed to a FormAssembly form that prefills all of your information from Salesforce.  This form link will expire and should only be accessed by administrators.

From there, you can email Sales for assistance with licensing, billing, canceling your account, and updating your contact information.
