Your quota for FormAssembly users can be increased or decreased at any time. However, depending on your account setup, there are two different ways this can be done.

Annual Invoice Accounts
Enterprise customers on annual invoices need to contact support to update billing information or change the user quota.
Credit Card Accounts
You may update billing details and user quotas in the Admin Dashboard > Billing Information
