Response Volume Limits
FormAssembly does have limits on the number of responses that our system can handle at one time. Therefore, if you are planning on receiving tens of thousands of responses within a short time span (e.g. a few hours to a day), we recommend that you instead spread the load of these responses over multiple days when possible.
For example, if you are sending out a mass email to your respondents asking them to complete a form, it would be best practice to split your emails up over the course of several days.
We cannot provide specific benchmarks because the rate of submissions we can process depends on the complexity of the form, integrations with third-parties, file uploads, and other additional factors. However, in general, it is best to split up large loads of responses over the multiple days whenever possible.
