My response data is present in FormAssembly, but not in Salesforce.

  1. Make sure that your connector is set up and enabled. (In the Connectors tab for those on the Professional, Premier, or Enterprise Plans, you'll see a green light on the Salesforce Connector in the timeline.)
  2. Check the connector activity log. You should see an entry matching the date and time the response was submitted.
    • If the log entry is green, the data is present in Salesforce. Make sure you have the appropriate permissions to view the data.
    • If the log entry is red, then an error occured. You need to review the error message and correct your connector setup accordingly.

1 To access the connector log, go to the Forms tab and select your form. Click on Connectors →žœ View Log (or Log for Enterprise users).
