My response data is present in FormAssembly, but not in Salesforce.
- Make sure that your connector is set up and enabled. (In the Connectors tab for those on the Professional, Premier, or Enterprise Plans, you'll see a green light on the Salesforce Connector in the timeline.)
- Check the connector activity log. You should see an entry matching the date and time the response was submitted.
- If the log entry is green, the data is present in Salesforce. Make sure you have the appropriate permissions to view the data.
- If the log entry is red, then an error occured. You need to review the error message and correct your connector setup accordingly.
1 To access the connector log, go to the Forms tab and select your form. Click on Connectors →žœ View Log (or Log for Enterprise users).
