We've been working behind the scenes to introduce two new connectors, now available as add-ons for Team and Enterprise plans: Microsoft SharePoint and Google Drive.
Utilize the Microsoft SharePoint connector to seamlessly send file uploads directly to a OneDrive or SharePoint Site destination.
Harness the Google Drive connector to effortlessly send file uploads directly to a personal or shared Google Drive directory.
Here's what's new:
Enhanced Functionality: We've bolstered our connectors to provide more robust capabilities. These enhancements ensure smoother integrations and pave the way for even more exciting features in the future.
Multiple Forms Mapping: Say goodbye to a one-size-fits-all approach! Now you can map multiple forms simultaneously with our connectors. Whether managing diverse projects or seeking greater flexibility, this feature simplifies the process with a single configuration step.
Effortless Editing: Easily undo or redo changes in your connector configuration. Whether adjusting step descriptions or mapping fields and values, rest assured that managing changes is just a click away.
Customizable Field Selection: Tailor your selections to suit your needs! Select specific fields from different forms, ensuring only essential data is transmitted. This flexibility streamlines your workflow and supports long-term form maintenance.
User-Friendly Error Handling: Customize error messages visible to respondents and manage workflow progression when issues arise, ensuring a smoother user experience.
Improved Workflow Experience: Enhancements to connector usability within Workflows make it simpler to find and configure the connectors you need directly from the Workflow panel, eliminating unnecessary pop-up windows.

Here's what's new:
Multi-factor Authentication: Account admins on Essentials, Team, Enterprise and Government plans can now enable and enforce multi-factor authentication for users. Users can use the One Time Password (OTP) generator of their choice or use Yubikey authentication for secure log-in to their accounts.
Password Policy Update: Accounts have new minimum requirements enforced when users are setting new passwords. Admins can now configure the expiration date for user passwords to match their organization's security policy.
