We currently do not support DMARC authentication for emails. We do adhere to common best practices including:
- Using consistent IP addresses when sending bulk emails
- Keeping valid reverse DNS records for our mailing IP addresses
- Using the same address in our email headers
Unless specific rules have been applied to require DMARC authentication by receiving parties, then emails sent by us should not be blocked. We are happy to work with any email hosts on issues with emails sent by us being blocked or quarantined but adding DMARC authentication is currently not an option for us.
DKIM Authentication can be set up for Enterprise and Compliance Cloud customers. This is a custom setup that may require 1-2 days for setup. Please reach out to Support if you'd like to have DKIM set up on your instance.
