Overview
Note: This feature is in Beta.
Convert any PDF form into a FormAssembly form in minutes.
Rather than creating a new form from scratch, select Convert PDF to upload your PDF to FormAssembly, and an AI agent will convert it into a fully functional, editable webform for you.
This feature is for:
- Any PDF that contains a fillable form
- Any PDF that resembles a form
- Any scanned PDF file
- Any PDF containing a screenshot of a form
The original uploaded PDF file is not stored on FormAssembly, and is discarded by the AI agent after the conversion process.
Requirements
To use Convert PDF, a FormAssembly user must be part of an Essentials plan or higher.
Note: There is no additional charge for this feature.

- Must be of file type .pdf
