Overview

Note: This feature is in Beta.

Convert any PDF form into a FormAssembly form in minutes.

Rather than creating a new form from scratch, select Convert PDF to upload your PDF to FormAssembly, and an AI agent will convert it into a fully functional, editable webform for you.

This feature is for:
  • Any PDF that contains a fillable form
  • Any PDF that resembles a form
  • Any scanned PDF file
  • Any PDF containing a screenshot of a form

The original uploaded PDF file is not stored on FormAssembly, and is discarded by the AI agent after the conversion process.

Requirements

To use Convert PDF, a FormAssembly user must be part of an Essentials plan or higher.

Note: There is no additional charge for this feature.

PDF File Upload Restrictions

  • Must be of file type .pdf
  • 100-page limit
  • Maximum upload size of 32MB

Convert PDF

The AI agent builds the form within minutes. When complete, you are redirected to the Form Builder to continue editing your generated form.
