Fixed an issue where workflows embedded via iframe on customer websites could fail to load or appear blank, following a security policy change earlier this month.
Fixed an issue where a failed file upload could still allow a form response to be submitted, without notifying the respondent that their file wasn't saved.
Made further improvements to report page load times for forms with a very large number of responses.
