IMPROVEMENTS
Our team is making improvements to our Salesforce connector in response to Salesforce’s changes in OAuth tokens.
You can now reauthenticate your Salesforce connection directly from the External Authorizations page, with broken authorizations clearly highlighted so connection issues are easy to spot and fix.
Improved the reliability of the Salesforce token refresh process, reducing unnecessary retry attempts for tokens that can no longer be refreshed.
SAML AUTHENTICATION UPDATE
Enforcement of strict SAML configuration has been delayed until July 21st.
**Before July 21, Admins must:**
Go to Admin Dashboard → Security
Click Configure under SAML.
Address any alerts that appear, and click the “Test Configuration” button.
[Read our SAML authentication guide]
Most customers will not be affected by this enforcement. However, if your organization uses SAML and a configuration does not meet the updated standards, you may experience login issues for admins or form respondents.
