French (Canadian) language option You can now choose French (Canadian) as its own language on the translation page, separate from the existing French option. Canadian French differs from European French in grammar and wording, and this lets organizations that require Canadian French manage it separately.
Clearer message when connector authorization fails If an authorization attempt for a connector can't be completed, you now see a FormAssembly error page with a "Close window" button and a link to support, instead of a raw error message. Start the authorization again from FormAssembly to retry.
Bug fixes
Fai in the Form Builder: Fai now recognizes the fields on the form or workflow you have open, so you can ask it to edit or update existing fields instead of it creating a new form.
Multi-step workflows: Fixed an intermittent issue where the Thank You page and notification emails for a later form in a multi-step workflow could show blank values for fields pulled from earlier steps.
Salesforce Workflow Connector: Fixed an issue where steps that depend on earlier Lead steps (for example Create Application, Upload Resume, Create Payment) could be skipped without any log message.
Webhook connector (OAuth): Fixed an issue where a refreshed OAuth token might not be saved if the refresh was interrupted, which could force the connector to ask for re-authorization even though your authorization was still valid. If you were affected, re-authorize the connector once; replay any affected responses from the Workflow report.
Workflow language and time zone: Connector, email, document generation, and e-signature steps that run before the form is collected now use the correct form language and time zone. Workflows you've already published pick up the fix the next time you save and republish them.
Faster API and connector requests: Improved the speed and reliability of permission checks, reducing timeouts on API exports and connector runs. Applies to accounts using User Groups (Compliance Cloud, Enterprise Cloud, Essential, and Gov Cloud). Permission and user-group changes continue to apply immediately.
Security
Spam protection on workflow forms: Closed a gap that allowed a crafted submission to a workflow form to skip spam checks (reCAPTCHA, ALTCHA, Akismet) when the step did not have Save & Resume enabled.
Third-party library updates: Updated third-party components to address published security advisories.
