Faster page loads on high-traffic accounts Added a database index that speeds up a lookup that runs on every form request. Accounts with a long visitor history should see faster form and login page loads.
Bug Fixes
Notification emails: Fixed an issue where a notification email could fail to send after a submission without any record of it. FormAssembly now retries when the email can't be queued (without ever sending a duplicate), and the response log records the reason whenever a notification isn't sent. If you noticed missing notifications in the past, you can reprocess those responses.
Salesforce connector (session errors): Reduced intermittent "INVALID_SESSION_ID" errors. The connector now retries once when Salesforce rejects a session.
Salesforce after-submit connectors: Fixed an issue where a Salesforce after-submit connector could run again about 10 minutes later and create duplicate records. This happened when a background process was interrupted mid-run, most often while generating response PDFs for forms containing very large images. An interrupted Salesforce step is now reported as a connector failure (you receive the usual error email and can reprocess the response) instead of running again. If you're affected, replace oversized images (such as very large logos) on the form. Further improvements to handling large images are planned.
SharePoint connector: Fixed file URLs not being returned correctly for repeatable file upload fields, so each uploaded file now gets its own URL.

Log protection: This release includes security hardening improvements to the FormAssembly platform.
