Workflow Collaboration — Response Access by Role
Smarter Access Control for Workflow Collaborators
We've improved how workflow response access is managed based on collaboration roles:
Auditors, Managers, and Owners can now view and export workflow responses
Editors are appropriately restricted from response-related pages and actions
Access rules are now consistently enforced across all collaboration roles
This ensures your team members have exactly the right level of access to workflow data based on their role.

Bug Fixes
Form Save & Resume (SAML) Fixed an issue where users who saved a form without entering any data and then attempted to resume it using SAML authentication would encounter a "Page Not Found" (404) error.
Workflow Errors with Deactivated Collaborators Resolved errors on Workflow Response, Collaboration, and Approval pages that occurred when a deactivated user was listed as a collaborator or task owner.
Form Language Translation in Workflows Fixed an issue where form language translations were not being applied to forms added to a workflow or quick-published using Form View v2.
Salesforce Workflow Connector — Multi-Select Delimiter Corrected a problem where values from a multi-select list field were not using the configured delimiter when sent to a Salesforce text field.
PayPal Connector — Currency Field Dropdown Placement Fixed a display issue where the Currency field dropdown in the PayPal connector configuration panel was sometimes obscuring the input field depending on its position on screen.
Report Page — Default Values Stuck on Filter Resolved an issue where default values for Checkbox, Multi-Select, and Drop-down fields were not being properly cleared on the Report page after being changed.
Fai — Workflow Builder Form Display Fixed a UI issue where the form assigned to a Collect Form Response (CFR) step was not visually displayed in the Workflow Builder when the workflow was created by Fai. The workflow functioned correctly, but the form selection appeared blank until the workflow was saved.
reCAPTCHA Deprecation Warning Resolved an issue where forms with reCAPTCHA enabled were displaying a "v1beta1 is deprecated" warning message to respondents.
Admin Override — Invalid Logout Request Fixed an error that occurred when administrators attempted to exit an Admin Override session initiated via an Access Grant, which was previously resulting in an "Invalid Logout Request" error.
CyberSource — "Stop Billing After" Validation Corrected a validation issue in the CyberSource connector where the "Stop Billing After" field, though labeled as optional, would cause submission failures when left blank or set to 0.
