New Features & Enhancements
Admin Workflow Management Improvements
We've enhanced the admin workflow list to make it easier for administrators to manage and find workflows:
Owner Name Column: Administrators can now see who owns each workflow directly in the workflow list table, making it easier to identify workflow ownership at a glance without needing to click into individual workflows.
Search Functionality: A new search bar allows administrators to quickly find specific workflows by name or ID, making it much easier to locate workflows on instances with large numbers of workflows.
Identity Provider (IdP) Authentication Management
We've improved the IdP Authentication management experience:
Authentication List View: Administrators can now view all shared authentications in a centralized table, making it easier to manage SAML configurations across your organization.
Direct Navigation: Navigate directly from the authentication list to the SAML configuration page with a convenient link in each table row.
Security Indicators: Security warning indicators now appear in the authentication table when a configuration is invalid, helping you quickly identify and address authentication issues.
UI Improvements
- Confirmation Modal Updates: We've updated the styling of confirmation modals throughout the application to improve clarity and consistency with our design guidelines.
Bug Fixes
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Fixed MFA Setup Issue: Resolved an error that prevented users from completing MFA setup when using certain non-English languages. The MFA configuration page now loads correctly for all supported languages.
Form Response Handling
- Finalize Button Fix: Fixed an issue where clicking "Finalize" on a started response was not properly triggering response completion or connectors. This particularly affected forms with save and resume enabled.
Dynamic Picklists
- jQuery Conflict Resolution: Resolved a jQuery conflict issue affecting forms with dynamic picklists. Dynamic picklists now work correctly even when embedded on pages that use their own jQuery libraries.
E-Signature
- Special Character Support: Fixed an issue where names containing special characters (such as apostrophes) were displaying HTML entity codes in e-signature metadata and PDFs. Special characters now display correctly.
Workflow Builder
- Tooltip Display Fix: Corrected a UI issue where the "Back to Workflow list" tooltip was appearing behind the workflow title when hovering over the collapsed navigation icon.
SAML Configuration
- UI Defect Fixes: Resolved several UI defects in the Advanced SAML configuration page, including navigation visibility and loading page styling issues.
Standalone Forms with Altcha
- Publishing Method Fixes: Fixed issues with Quick Publish, Copy and Paste, and REST API Embed methods when using standalone forms with Altcha enabled. All publishing options now function correctly with Altcha.

This release includes important security updates and performance improvements to keep your FormAssembly instance secure and running smoothly. All updates are backwards compatible across FormAssembly Classic and FormAssembly Atlas unless otherwise specified.
