Centralized Workflow Collaboration
Collaboration is now fully embedded within the workflow builder for both FormAssembly Classic & FormAssembly Atlas, making it easier for teams to manage access and work together in one place.

Workflow Response Management Improvements
Better Response Tracking and Organization
We've enhanced the workflow response table to help you manage and track responses more effectively:
Response ID Column: The Response ID now appears as a default column in the workflow response table, making it easier to identify and reference specific responses
Improved Bulk Delete: Updated user interface for bulk delete functionality with clearer visual feedback and confirmation dialogs, allowing you to efficiently delete multiple workflow responses at once
Clearer Empty State Messaging: When a workflow has no responses, you'll now see improved messaging that clearly explains the status and guides your next actions
These improvements help workflow administrators work more efficiently with large volumes of responses and maintain better oversight of their workflows.
Bug Fixes
Form Builder & User Interface
Tooltip Display Fix: Resolved an issue where tooltips could not be closed in certain scenarios when clicking outside the field onto a non-focusable area. Tooltips now dismiss properly, restoring expected UI behavior.
Accessibility Improvement: Fixed an invalid HTML attribute (autocomplete="no-address-autocomplete") on Address Autocomplete fields to align with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards, specifically Success Criterion 1.3.5: Identify Input Purpose.
Salesforce Integration
Connection Stability: Resolved an issue where Salesforce connections would randomly break due to missing or expired refresh tokens. The system now properly maintains and refreshes authentication tokens, ensuring stable, uninterrupted Salesforce connectivity.
Document Generation
Special Character Support: Fixed an error that occurred when generating documents containing special characters such as < or >. Documents with these characters now generate successfully without errors.
Form Synchronization
Fai AI Assistant Compatibility: Resolved a synchronization issue where forms with the "strict no overwrite" setting enabled would fail to sync properly with Fai, our AI assistant. Fai can now correctly read and edit these forms without data loss.
Workflow Publishing
Form Tracking Fix: Corrected an issue where some quick-published forms were being assigned an invalid workflow ID (0), ensuring proper tracking and association of form submissions with their workflows.
