BUG FIXES
Fixed an issue where testing an account-level SAML SSO configuration with Azure AD (Entra ID) would always fail validation, even when the connection was correctly configured and SSO sign-in worked as expected.
Improved the SAML sign-in and sign-out experience: failed sign-in attempts now show a clear, branded message instead of a raw technical error, and signing out now displays a proper confirmation page.
