BUG FIXES
Fixed an issue where the Response and Response Report pages were inaccessible for certain instances, particularly outside of the US.
Fixed incorrect time and datetime values being sent to Salesforce Time and DateTime fields when using the Salesforce workflow connector.
Fixed a bug where multiple Grid fields were incorrectly merged together in Response PDFs and email templates.
Fixed an issue in Dynamic Picklists where advanced lookup nested queries would only allow mapping the first data point, leaving the rest unmappable.
